If you're passionate about Building Information Modelling, thrive in a collaborative environment, and enjoy delivering high-quality electrical building services projects, this role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, retail and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed electrical BIM models using Revit.
• Produce accurate technical drawings from engineering mark-ups.
• Manage the drawing process from project initiation through to completion.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and company quality standards.
• Issue and distribute drawings across multiple digital platforms.
• Create and maintain BIM standards, Revit families and project templates.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects and contractors throughout project delivery.
• Stay up to date with the latest BIM technologies and software advancements.

Requirements

• Drawing Office Practice Certificate or a related qualification.
• Experience working on residential, commercial, retail and industrial building projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Excellent coordination, communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
