You'll work closely with our leadership team, documenting exciting client projects, premium merchandise and the culture we're building every day.

What you'll be doing

• Photographing premium merchandise, apparel and branded products
• Capturing engaging short-form video content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms
• Documenting behind-the-scenes moments, client projects and company culture
• Creating founder-led content by filming meetings, site visits and day-to-day business activities
• Editing photos and videos into polished, platform-ready content
• Collaborating with the team to plan and execute creative content ideas
• Building and maintaining a high-quality library of photo and video assets
• Ensuring every piece of content reflects the Splssh brand and creative standards

What we're looking for

• A strong portfolio showcasing both photography and videography
• Experience creating engaging short-form social media content
• Confidence shooting with professional mirrorless camera systems such as Sony, Canon or Fujifilm
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent professional editing software)
• A strong eye for composition, lighting and visual storytelling
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally when required

Bonus points if you...

• Have experience with drone photography or videography
• Can create basic motion graphics or work in Adobe After Effects
• Have a strong understanding of social media and digital content trends
• Naturally notice stories and moments that others miss
• Enjoy startup environments where your ideas genuinely make an impact
