The Role: Junior B Verification Analyst The purpose of this position is to perform operationally driven and analytical duties within a B-BBEE verification context. The role focuses on conducting verification evaluations, reviewing client documentation against compliance portfolios, preparing audit-ready files, and providing clear guidance to clients. Successful candidates will receive substantial training and fully funded opportunities to pursue further qualifications and management development programs. Key Responsibilities Possess prior hands-on experience operating specifically in a Junior B Verification Analyst capacity. Conduct B-BBEE verification evaluations and analysis of evidence files in strict accordance with SANAS regulations and regulatory frameworks. Review client source documentation across various scorecard pillars, cross-checking data accuracy and compliance portfolios. Prepare audit-ready verification files, reports, and working papers for technical review. Build and maintain long-term, collaborative relationships with clients, providing clear guidance on verification requirements. About You Mandatory prior hands-on experience operating specifically in a Junior B Verification Analyst capacity. Strong numerical fluency and a process-driven approach to technical auditing.
