Qualification Matric / Senior Certificate Relevant Certification Requirements Proven experience in external / field sales (B2B preferred) Experience in hospitality, outdoor furniture, design, or related industries is an advantage Strong negotiation and closing skills Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle Comfortable working independently and managing a sales territory Knowledge of specifically the hospitality Industry such as wine farms, hotels, restaurants, venues, etc. Corporates in the Alcohol, Hospitality and Accommodation sectors and the High-end Furniture Retail market. Overtime might be required Hunter mentality with strong follow-through Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Good time management and planning ability Problem-solving mindset Confident working with premium products and high-value clients Duties Actively identify and develop new business (restaurants, hotels, lodges, architects, designers, corporates, event companies) Maintain and grow existing customer relationships Conduct face-to-face sales visits, product presentations, and site assessments Prepare and follow up on quotations Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, admin) to ensure smooth order fulfilment Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings Keep up to date with product ranges, pricing, and market trends
