Junior AI Support Specialist

We are looking for a Junior AI Support Specialist to assist our team in managing the research and data flows required for a significant engagement with a partner in multinational financial services. This role involves using internal digital tools to organize and verify the information that supports our senior advisors in high stakes negotiations. As a fully remote position, this requires an individual who can maintain a disciplined work schedule and focus on ground reality without the need for a physical office environment. You will help us translate complex market data into clear positions for our clients, ensuring that every piece of evidence used in a negotiation is grounded in fact.

What you will do

• Use internal AI tools to categorize and summarize large volumes of research related to investment counterparties and their market positions.
• Verify the accuracy of automated data outputs by cross referencing them with primary sources and internal project databases.
• Support the preparation of internal reports for senior partner meetings with executive leaders and sovereign entities.
• Monitor specific sectors for shifts in competitor behavior and update our status reports to reflect current market activity.
• Assist in the creation of basic scenario models that reflect how different actors might respond to specific commercial decisions.
• Organize digital assets and research logs to ensure the team can access historical project data quickly during active negotiations.
• Provide administrative support for the AI infrastructure used by the firm to track capital deployment trends.
• Draft concise internal memos that summarize the performance and reliability of the research tools used on specific projects.

What you bring

• Strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex ideas in plain, direct language without using unnecessary jargon.
• A genuine curiosity about how commercial entities and governments interact to finalize large scale deals and partnerships.
• Self discipline in your research approach, with a strong preference for primary data over generic theoretical reports.
• Familiarity with standard productivity software and an interest in how AI tools can be applied to improve commercial research.
• The ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying in close communication with the senior team via digital channels.
• An eye for detail that allows you to spot inconsistencies or gaps in data sets that others might overlook.
• Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information regarding high stakes investments.
