Telesales Agent (Vehicle Insurance)-July 2026

We are looking for a driven, empathetic, and target-focused Vehicle Insurance Sales Consultant to join our team. If you thrive on the phone, love helping customers protect what matters most, and have a track record of beating your sales targets, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven vehicle insurance sales experience.

• Track Record: A consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Education: Matric / Grade 12 essential.

• Languages: Fluent in English (proficiency in an additional South African language is highly advantageous).

• Skills & Tools: Strong phone presence: calm, articulate, persuasive, and compassionate when handling sensitive customer discussions.

  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and call centre software.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
