Job Summary

The successful candidate will manage raw materials and finished product quality. This role involves strict laboratory testing, product development support, and maintaining ISO compliance.

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements: Education: National Diploma or BTech in Analytical Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. Experience: 2 to 5 years of laboratory experience in chemical manufacturing. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in titration, pH testing, and viscosity measurement. Software: Competent in MS Office (Excel) and ERP systems (e.g., Syspro/SAP). Attributes: High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and ethical judgment. Responsibilities Perform routine analytical tests on raw materials and finished batches. Release certified products to production and packaging departments. Identify, isolate, and troubleshoot out-of-specification (OOS) batches. Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory testing equipment. Document all test results precisely in internal quality databases. Assist chemical engineers with product development and formulation adjustments. Enforce health and safety regulations (OHSA) within the laboratory
