General Manager: Finance to provide strategic financial leadership, strengthen corporate governance, and drive business performance. This opportunity is ideal for a CA(SA) with extensive executive leadership experience and a proven ability to operate at Board and Executive Committee level.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Provide strategic financial leadership aligned with the organisation's long-term objectives. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial and statutory reporting. Drive corporate governance, enterprise risk management, and internal control frameworks. Oversee mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and asset disposal initiatives. Develop and implement financial and operational strategies that support business growth. Partner with the Board and Executive Committee on strategic decision-making. Oversee finance, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance reporting functions. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance teams while driving succession planning. Manage relationships with auditors, shareholders, executive leadership, and other key stakeholders. Minimum Requirements CA(SA) qualification (Non-negotiable). Extensive executive-level finance leadership experience within a large, complex organisation. Demonstrated experience in: Corporate governance Enterprise risk management Financial strategy Budgeting and forecasting Board reporting Statutory and regulatory reporting Mergers & acquisitions Executive leadership
