Risk Compliance Officer - Investigations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional to join our team, responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational, financial, and compliance risks across the organisation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that incidents, investigations, payroll processes, and day-to-day operational activities are effectively monitored, validated, and accurately documented. The successful candidate will also provide valuable support to contract managers by addressing risk-related operational queries and promoting a strong culture of compliance and accountability.

• Identifying, evaluating, investigating, and mitigating threats that could cause financial or operational loss to the organisation.
• Plan,lead and execute objective, end-to-end investigations into allegations of fraud, misconduct, regulatory breaches, and unethical behavior.
• Proactively scan for operational, financial, and legal vulnerabilities that may lead to compliance failures or fraudulent activity.
• Gather and secure sensitive documentation, analyse physical and digital evidence and conduct professional interviews with employees, witnesses, and stakeholders.
• Compile comprehensive, legally sound investigation reports and present actionable mitigation strategies and corrective actions to mgt and exco team.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in: criminal justice, law, finance, risk management, auditing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years experience in corporate investigations, internal/external auditing, risk management or regulatory compliance
• Experience within supplychain, operations, IR and financial Management.
