We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Secunda branch. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong retail experience and a passion for driving sales, managing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient performance
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Manage stock, merchandising, and store presentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
- Proven experience in:
- Retail sales
- Store management
- Hair/beauty industry (advantageous)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills (English, Afrikaans & additional languages beneficial)
- Salary: R13,500 (review after probation)
- Commission earning potential
- 30% medical aid contribution
- Provident fund contribution
