We are recruiting for an established provider seeking a Senior Insure Adviser to manage an allocated client base and drive new business growth . Key Responsibilities: Client & Portfolio Management: Conduct face-to-face/on-site meetings , handle renewals, applications, and quotes , and maximize client retention . Relationship Building: Act as the bridge between the office and insurance companies , maintaining strong relationships with insurers and stakeholders . Compliance & Admin: Ensure strict FAIS compliance , maintain the MyPractice system , and keep detailed records . What You Need to Bring: Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience as an Insure Adviser . Qualifications: Completed NQF Level 4/5 in Short Term Insurance . Regulatory: Successfully completed RE5 (Representative) with valid DOFA confirmation from the FSCA . Product Knowledge: Fit and proper product-specific training with a deep understanding of policy wordings . Tech Skills: Fully computer literate in MS Office 365 . Core Skills: High resilience, integrity, empathy, and an excellent work ethic under pressure . Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
