SUMMARY

Our client is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to establish and lead their new branch in Nelspruit. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong operational and sales management experience.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities: Drive new business development and identify sales opportunities within the Nelspruit region. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Promote and sell the company's range of industrial equipment and warehouse solutions. Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities. Establish and grow the branch's client base prior to the branch opening. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch once established. Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve sales and operational objectives. Manage stock control, inventory, and branch administration. Monitor branch performance, budgets, and profitability. Prepare management reports using Pastel Evolution. Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: Must reside in the Nelspruit area. Minimum of 3 years' management experience in a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role. Previous experience within the industrial equipment, materials handling, warehousing, engineering, manufacturing, hardware, construction supplies, or related industry is essential. Proven external sales and business development experience. Proven leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Pastel Evolution. Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows applications. Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
