SUMMARY

A client of ours within the property/construction sector is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to take full responsibility for the accounting function of five small to medium-sized property companies. The candidate will manage end-to-end accounting processes, tenant invoicing on Re-Leased, and debtor management while working on Xero

Location Lanseria, Johannesburg Requirements: SAIPA- qualified Accountant Mathematics taken in high school Minimum of 5 years' full function accounting experience Experience working on Xero is essential Property industry experience highly advantageous Responsibilities: Full accounting function for multiple property companies including: Processing transactions Reconciling all accounts Preparing management accounts Maintaining accurate financial records Invoice tenants through Re-Leased and follow up on outstanding payments Manage cash flow, budgets, and monthly reporting Prepare audit packs and liaise with external auditors Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Collaborate with the property team on lease information, renewals, and escalations
