Qualification Matric Certificate with Maths (Maths Literacy is not sufficient) Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. Requirements At least Ten (10) years' experience with at least five (5) years' experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a large-scale ERP implementation, preferably with SYSPRO In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and business processes in a manufacturing or distribution environment Strong experience managing third-party vendors and complex, cross-functional projects Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels A strong understanding of system integration, data migration, and data governance principles; and PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus Be sensitive to deadlines Be able to interact in a team environment Adapt quickly to change Deep attention to detail and possesses excellent analytical, problem solving and customer service skills Ability and aptitude to continuously search for enhancements and innovation Ability to work under pressure and deliver within agreed Service Level Agreements Dynamic (ability to learn other technologies and take on different responsibilities) Logical thinker (strong troubleshooting skills); Uses own initiative and can work independently Good presentation skills Valid drivers license Duties Implementation & Project Delivery Assist with the full lifecycle Syspro ERP implementation from scoping through to go-live and hypercare Conduct business process analysis and gap assessments across all relevant departments (Finance, Production, Inventory, Procurement, Sales) Assist with the development of the project plan, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Configure and customise Syspro modules to meet business-specific manufacturing requirements Manage system integration with third-party applications (e.g. payroll, MOM, WMS) where applicable Data Migration Design and execute data migration strategies including cleansing, mapping, and validation of master data (customers, suppliers, inventory, BOM, GL chart of accounts) Perform data integrity checks and reconciliations prior to go-live Training & Change Management Develop user training materials, SOPs, and quick-reference guides tailored to manufacturing workflows Deliver hands-on training to end users and super users across all business units Support change management efforts to drive user adoption Testing & Quality Assurance Design and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing) test scripts and resolve identified issues Conduct parallel runs and cutover planning to ensure a smooth transition Post Go-Live Support Provide hypercare support during and after go-live Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Optimise system configuration based on operational feedback Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with executive sponsors, department heads, and end users to manage expectations and ensure alignment Attend to audit queries as and when required Perform ad hoc duties as and when required within reasonable job scope.
