Minimum requirements: At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry Experience in Pastel Evolution MS Office literate, including Excel for spreadsheets Receiving of purchase orders and handing over to Production Manufacturing of orders Receiving of all goods ordered GRV processing into the Pastel system Coordinating courier collections and deliveries when required Following up with Production daily regarding orders that need to be completed Receiving and filing sales orders in accordance with the production schedule Manufacturing of all sales orders received Compiling picking slips and job cards Checking physical stock balances against the system where required Requesting and following up on outstanding picking slips Maintaining documentation of paperwork received and outstanding and communicating with all relevant parties Completing the manufacturing process and proceeding with invoicing Consultant: Debbie Watkyns - Dante Personnel Cape Town Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
