CREDITORS & DEBTORS CLERK

DURBAN

We are currently seeking experienced

Creditors and Debtors clerk based in Durban.

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) – essential
2–3 years' experience in a Creditors Clerk or similar accounts payable role
A relevant tertiary qualification or finance-related training will be advantageous
Good computer literacy and attention to detail
Excellent numerical, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
Clear criminal record

Key Responsibilities

Processing supplier invoices accurately and timeously
Reconciling supplier statements
Preparing payments and resolving supplier queries
Maintaining accurate creditor records
Assisting with month-end procedures
Performing general accounts payable administration
