We are searching for an experienced Human Capital Graduate at our Grayston Drive Sandton facility.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HC Graduate to join our Human Capital team. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to gain practical workplace experience and develop a strong foundation across various Human Capital functions. The successful candidate will support the team with day-to-day HC administration, employee queries, reporting, coordination of HC initiatives and other key Human Capital activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Human Capital team.
• Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and HC documentation.
• Support the coordination of HC projects, initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Assist employees with general HC-related queries and direct them to the relevant team members when required.
• Compile, update and maintain HC reports, trackers and spreadsheets.
• Assist with meeting coordination, scheduling and document preparation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Ensure that employee information is handled accurately and confidentially.
• Perform other HC-related duties as required.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management or a related field
• A recent graduate with 0 – 2 years’ working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
