Junior Consulting Developer

Purpose of the Role

The Junior Consulting Developer supports the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions while developing both technical and consulting skills.

The role focuses on learning, delivering quality work, taking ownership of assigned tasks, and developing the capability to become an independent solution owner.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Delivery

• Develop automation solutions under supervision.
• Configure workflows, forms, integrations, and applications.
• Assist with testing and defect resolution.
• Support deployment activities.
• Produce technical documentation.

Learning and Development

• Build competency on approved platforms and technologies.
• Participate in technical training and certifications.
• Learn solution design principles and best practices.
• Seek feedback and continuously improve.

Client Exposure

• Participate in workshops and client meetings.
• Assist with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Support project communication activities.
• Build confidence interacting with clients and stakeholders.
