Admin Controller - North West Province - R25,000 per month

A leading company in the manufacturing industry is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Admin Controller to join its operations in the North West Province.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in manufacturing who is passionate about financial administration, production reporting, stock control and supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy factory.

• Prepare accurate production, statistical and management reports.
• Assist with budget preparation, monitoring and cost control.
• Perform product costing and financial administration.
• Manage stores and warehouse administration.
• Monitor stock control and inventory records.
• Administer salaries, wages and employee timekeeping.
• Support daily production administration and reporting.
• Perform general factory administrative duties.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of operational data.
• Provide administrative support to the Factory Manager.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Manufacturing or a related field will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong bookkeeping and basic accounting skills.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Experience with product costing.
• Knowledge of stock control and warehouse administration.
• Experience with production reporting and employee timekeeping.
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and one additional official South African language.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
