Experience supporting cross-country product activity (e.g., ZA, UK, MX, DE, CN) is beneficial.
Knowledge of DevOps product management.
Experience improving agile processes and team dynamics through coaching and change support.
German Language Skills (Speak, Read, Write)

Drive end-to-end implementation and ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA NJIT (Next Generation JIT) processes
A proactive and independent working style, combined with the ability to design and implement JIT/JIS logistics
concepts and effectively align with business stakeholders.
Ensure stable, scalable, and efficient JIT supply processes integrated across SAP logistics landscape.
Lead S/4HANA NJIT solution design
Configure: NJIT control cycles, JIT/JIS call-off processes
Delivery integration (LE-SHP)
Translate business requirements into functional specifications
Support: Fit-to-standard workshops, Solution blueprinting
End-to-end process design
Execute System configuration (customising)
Integration with EWM, TM, MM, PP
Testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression)
Provide 2nd/3rd level SAP support for NJIT processes within Production Plants
JIT call failures
Delivery / sequencing issues
Integration breaks (EWM / TM)
Process execution stability
Data consistency across systems
Optimise supply timing and sequencing
Reduce manual interventions
Improve automation of call-offs
SAP EWM (warehouse execution)
SAP TM (transport)
SAP MM / PP (planning & procurement)

8+ years of experience in IT or an IT degree and/or a relevant professional qualification.
Proven SAP S/4 Hana project implementation experience
Strong NJIT/JIT exposure
