POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Direct and manage a multidisciplinary team of approximately 12 staff members, fostering accountability and professional discipline. Coordinate daily office functions and technical deployments, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity. Oversee technician performance, monitor site attendance, and provide high-level support for complex technical challenges. Support the technical sales team and manage overflow sales enquiries to maintain consistent revenue growth. Act as the primary point of contact and second-in-command, stepping into the Director’s role as required. Monitor workflows, manage escalations, and ensure all project deadlines are met within a structured environment.
