FINANCE CLERK - STIKLAND (BELLVILLE)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance clerk to join our Finance team in Stikland, Bellville. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the company's debtor and creditor acounts. Only candidates that reside in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town and surrounds will be shortlisted.

1. Debtors Management

• Processing of invoices
• Any additional ad hoc tasks, as requested by management

1. Creditors

• To ensure that all payments to suppliers are processed as per agreed terms
• Maintain the Payment List
• Assist with Creditor Recons and processing of Suppliers
• Ensuring accurate coding to GL accounts and cost centres
• Cashbook Processing
• Attend to queries and emails from suppliers as needed
• Maintain accurate GRN report
• Maintaining of Ledger accounts
• Perform Various Reports to assist ops reach budgets
• Assist with Month End Processing
• Assist with Year End audit
• Update static data of creditors and maintain Vendor master
• Perform other adhoc activities within reason that may be allocated from time to time

Education

Matric

Relevant tertiary education

Work Experience

2 years relevant experience in well known accounting software package (SAGE evolution would be highly advantageous)

Excellent excel skills.
