Finance Manager: Finance Operations

We are currently seeking a Finance Manager: Finance Operations to join our reputable client’s team.

Requirements:

• BCom Honours or CA(SA)
• At least 10 years’ experience in a large organisation running AP and AR teams
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Expertise in debtors and creditors management
• Policy formulation and risk management skills
• Performance and process improvement mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Experience with:

• Leading debtors (AR) and creditors (AP) functions and team performance
• Credit risk management and trade debtors’ policies
• Month-end close processes and compliance requirements (including BEE certificates)
• Subscription billing process improvements
• Financial systems like Kerridge V21 (advantageous)
• Workflow automation and policy development/implementation
• KPI management (collections %, unallocated %, open queries, age buckets)
