Investment Analyst

We are currently seeking an Investment Analyst to join our reputable client’s team.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate bachelor’s degree in finance (master’s degree in business or finance is an added advantage)
• CA / CFA or equivalent qualification
• Sound experience in building & maintaining financial models (non-negotiable)
• Sound experience in performing DCF and other valuation methodologies on portfolio companies (non-negotiable)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills
• Operational excellence and change agility
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities

Experience with:

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in private equity and/or equivalent (preferably infrastructure-related)
• Supporting execution of investment transactions
• Portfolio administration, investment valuations, research, and deal execution support
• Fundraising activities, creating marketing documents (Information Memoranda, prospectus), and managing Virtual Data Rooms (VDR)
• Commercial due diligence and financial statement analysis
• ESG/Impact reporting and compliance guidelines (e.g. UNPRI, SDGs)
