Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Track shipments and monitor delivery schedules
- Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and clients
- Prepare and maintain transport and shipping documentation
- Resolve delivery delays and logistical issues
- Maintain accurate logistics records and reports
- Ensure the efficient movement of goods while meeting operational deadlines
Minimum Requirements
- Logistics or Supply Chain qualification
- 2–4 years’ experience in freight, transport, or logistics coordination
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
