SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced

Warehouse Manager to join a leading retailer in the building materials industry. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock control, inventory accuracy, customer service, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities Manage receiving, dispatch, stock control and inventory. Process orders, returns and stock transfers. Coordinate deliveries and transport schedules. Conduct stock takes and maintain stock integrity. Supervise Warehouse Assistants. Work closely with the sales team, suppliers and auditors. Assist customers with loading and offloading stock when required. Experience & Qualifications Grade 12. Previous Warehouse Management experience. Building materials, hardware or retail industry experience advantageous. SAP experience highly advantageous. Forklift operating experience (license preferred). Strong organizational and stock control skills. Previous workplace training advantageous (H&S, racking, firefighting, first aid, etc.) Attributes Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Physically fit and able to assist with loading and offloading stock. A proactive team player with a positive attitude. Good organizational and time management skills. Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
