Minimum requirements: Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a IIT Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and offering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, repairing equipment, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
