Purpose of the job

To lead technical delivery across client engagements, own architecture decisions, mentor junior engineers, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience

Technical Competencies & Experience: Lead full-stack development Strong proficiency in React and Next.js for modern frontend development Solid backend skills with Node.js and TypeScript Comfortable with SQL databases and schema design Experience with backend-as-a-service platforms (Supabase or Firebase) Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure including deployment and monitoring (AWS or Azure) Mentor junior developers and contribute to code quality and best practices Participate in solution design, scoping, and technical proposal developmen t Behavioural Competencies: Self-directed problem solver Strong communication skills and comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical Willingness to share knowledge and work in a team Comfortable working in a hybrid environment Please Note - Should you not hear back from us within the next 2 weeks, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
