POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of residential building sites. Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure projects are completed according to programme, specifications, and quality standards. Drive productivity while maintaining the highest health and safety standards. Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with approved drawings and building regulations. Plan daily and weekly construction activities. Manage material usage and minimise wastage. Liaise effectively with Contracts Managers, Site Agents, consultants, and clients. Mentor junior site staff and promote a positive site culture. Minimum Requirements Minimum 10 years' experience as a General Foreman on residential building projects. Proven track record delivering multi-unit residential developments. Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and finishing trades. Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Valid driver's licence. Stable employment history with reputable building contractors or developers.
