The company is seeking an ambitious and results-driven
Business Development & Marketing Officer to help expand its client base, increase revenue, strengthen its brand, and build meaningful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and business proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales and service agreements.
- Meet monthly business development targets.
Marketing and Brand Growth
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote Therapy Hub Inc.’s services.
- Manage the company’s social media platforms and maintain engaging, consistent content.
- Create marketing content, including captions, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond professionally to enquiries.
- Assist in organising events, workshops, wellness campaigns, and outreach programmes.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market intelligence activities to identify growth opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Sales and Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
