Financial Manager | Fordsburg

Are you a hands-on Financial Manager with strong commercial acumen and experience in a fast-paced operational environment?

A well-established private hospital in Fordsburg is looking for a proactive finance professional to take ownership of the full finance function and partner with management to drive financial performance.

Requirements

BCom Accounting (minimum requirement)

Professional qualification (CA(SA), SAIPA, SAIBA) advantageous

5–10+ years’ relevant experience preferred

5–10+ years' Financial Management experience

Healthcare, hospital, or medical billing experience highly preferred

Strong Excel and financial reporting skills

Experience with accounting systems (GoodX advantageous)

High integrity, strong attention to detail, and a hands-on approach

You'll be responsible for financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, payroll, statutory compliance, cost control, performance analysis, and providing meaningful financial insights to support business decisions.
