In this role, you will be taking ownership of financial reporting, forecasting, contract performance, cash flow optimisation, and team leadership. You will also work closely with operational and contract management teams to ensure financial accuracy, maximise profitability, improve cash performance, and provide the insights that support strategic decision-making. POSITION INFO

Job Description: This role involves: Managing the full finance operation across all group entities Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and annual plans Delivering detailed P&L and balance sheet analysis with clear business commentary Supporting strong cash flow and working capital performance Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and governance requirements Supporting internal, external and client audits Leading and developing the accounting team Managing unbilled revenue, accruals, deferred income and recoveries Skills & Experience: 5+ years' experience in online businesses, performance marketing, fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, or international companies (non-negotiable) Strong experience in preparing financial data for investors, buyers, audits, or due diligence Experience with multi-currency operations, international companies, and cross-border payments High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proven experience with payment processors and revenue reconciliation Exposure to PowerBI, Xero, SimplePay (advantageous) Qualification: B.Com Accounting (or similar) CA (SA) For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
