POSITION INFO

RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced SALES CO-ORDINATOR (CLOTHING INDUSTRY) for a well-established concern, position based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. !PERSON MUST PREFERABLY BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY! REQUIREMENTS Grade 12. Relevant qualification/s an added advantage but not essential. Valid driver's license / own reliable vehicle. English speaking (must be able to read, write and speak fluently). Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). 3yrs+ previous working experience in the clothing industry is preferred. Ability to manage and develop multiple orders (+- 50/60) simultaneously. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance through effective team work and interaction with departments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently, unsupervised and proactively. Strong organizational skills and staff management skills. Receive enquiries directly from customers across all product requirements including branded merchandise, blank stocks, custom orders. Build and maintain customer service relationships with designated customers. Present quotes for customers for all product requirements. Receiving and dealing with quotes. Build new customer service relationships. Manage the process from quoting, design, sampling, handover to production within required lead time and with 100% compliance. Ensure on time, quality assessed delivery to customers. Reaching sales targets. Dealing with production department, overseeing production process and plan production flow.
