Join a respected engineering team where you'll oversee the successful execution of electrical projects across the Cape Town Northern Suburbs and surrounding areas, managing everything from planning and design through to commissioning.

POSITION INFO

Job Description: Lead the delivery of electrical infrastructure projects from planning through to completion Manage the construction and commissioning of substations, distribution substations, and overhead line projects Coordinate project schedules, resources, and site activities to ensure successful project delivery Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal project teams Monitor project budgets, quality, safety, and programme milestones Ensure compliance with industry standards, statutory regulations, and project specifications Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates Conduct regular site visits and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle Skills & Experience: Experience managing electrical infrastructure, power distribution, or utility projects Strong knowledge of Low, Medium, and High Voltage electrical systems Proven experience with substations, distribution networks, and overhead line construction Excellent project management, planning, and organisational skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites throughout the Cape Town Northern Suburbs and surrounding areas Qualification: Minimum NQF Level 6 in Electrical Engineering or higher Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
