POSITION INFO

Your Role This is a wonderful opportunity to use your organizational skills to advance your career. You will receive great support from a friendly team while learning about the decor industry. This role allows you to take charge of projects and see beautiful installations come together. Job Description Manage multiple furniture and lighting orders from start to finish. Work with suppliers to find the best local and international products. Get pricing quotes and send out daily purchase orders. Track deliveries to make sure everything arrives exactly on time. Keep project paperwork and budget spreadsheets updated. Communicate clearly with the team, suppliers, and happy clients. What You Need to Apply At least 3 years of experience in project/interior coordination or buying. Good computer skills, especially using Microsoft Excel. A positive attitude and a great eye for detail. Strong communication skills and a strong willingness to learn. The ability to work well with different suppliers and team members.
