Your Role In this role, you will be the key person driving new business development in your region. You will use your natural talent for connecting with people to open new doors and find prospective customers. Book and attend face-to-face meetings with business prospects daily. Present creative road transport options and services to potential clients. Build strong, trusting relationships with newly onboarded business partners. Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Manage your sales pipeline and track your daily progress. Meet and exceed your monthly sales targets to maximize your commission. What You Need to Apply A natural ability to open doors, initiate conversations, and find new business. Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or direct lead generation. Strong face-to-face presentation skills and the confidence to pitch options. Experience in the road transport industry is a great advantage but not essential. A valid driver's license and your own reliable personal vehicle. A highly motivated, positive attitude with a strong drive to succeed.
