FEED MILL TEAM LEADER Our client in the agricultural milling and animal feed industry is seeking a Feed Mill Team Leader to oversee production operations in Bloemfontein! Location: Bloemfontein, Free State Salary: Market Related Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm Start Date: ASAP Experience Required: National Senior Certificate (NQF 4 or equivalent) 1 year supervisory experience (advantageous) Knowledge of feed mill machinery and equipment (advantageous) Skills Required: Resilience under pressure Reliability Prioritization Attention to detail Persistence Qualifications Required: National Senior Certificate (NQF 4 or equivalent) Supervisory experience advantageous Computer Skills: MS Office Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular quality control checks on feed, ensuring ingredient accuracy and product uniformity Manufacture feed according to established formulas and quality standards Ensure staff follow procedures and perform duties correctly Troubleshoot production issues and equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime Scholtz International
