Junior AI Implementation Specialist
Braun Management
Braun Management specializes in resolving organizational friction and clarifying decision rights for executive teams across Europe. We provide evidence-backed conclusions and structural changes that help leadership teams overcome internal barriers to growth.
Our client manages large-scale infrastructure and complex facility operations, and we are looking for a Junior AI Implementation Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role involves helping our consultants integrate intelligent systems into the client's existing workflows to improve how they manage documentation, safety protocols, and decision processes. You will work to find practical ways to apply automation to traditional business systems, ensuring that technology serves the organization's needs rather than complicating them.
What You Will Do
- Research and evaluate specific AI tools and large language models that can process heavy volumes of infrastructure documentation.
- Draft clear, step-by-step guides for client staff on how to use new automated internal tools effectively.
- Assist in testing prompt libraries to ensure that AI outputs remain consistent with the client's governance rules and legal requirements.
- Map out existing data structures to identify specific areas where automation can reduce manual data entry tasks.
- Prepare summary reports from internal workshops to document technical requirements and feedback from various teams.
- Coordinate with senior consultants to verify that AI implementations align with the client's operational constraints.
- Maintain detailed records of system iterations and performance observations during the initial pilot phases.
- Assist in the preparation of training materials that bridge the gap between technical logic and daily operational needs.
What We Are Looking For
- A degree in a technical or analytical field, or equivalent experience gained through personal projects or internships.
- A genuine interest in how large language models and automation can be applied to traditional industrial sectors.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to users who may not have a technical background.
- A structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to break down a larger project into manageable, logical parts.
- Basic familiarity with data principles, such as spreadsheet management or simple database logic.
- The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment where clear, written communication is the primary way we stay aligned.
- High attention to detail when documenting processes and a commitment to accuracy in every report.
Working at Braun Management is different from typical consulting environments. As a fully remote firm, we rely on honesty and precision rather than office presence or long meetings. We value written documentation and expect every team member to contribute to a shared body of knowledge where every decision is recorded and backed by data. This environment is ideal for those who enjoy deep work and are comfortable managing their own schedules. We prioritize clear thinking and direct communication, ensuring that everyone has the information they need to perform their tasks without unnecessary interruptions.
What We Offer
- A permanent, full-time position within an established consulting practice.
- Attractive and competitive pay that reflects the responsibilities of the role and the current market.
- A 100% remote work structure that offers flexibility and focuses on results rather than hours spent at a desk.
- Direct exposure to complex, high-stakes organizational projects involving significant infrastructure assets.
- Opportunities to learn from senior consultants with deep expertise in corporate governance and structural reform.
- A work culture that respects personal time and avoids unnecessary digital distractions.
In this role, your work will directly affect how a major infrastructure manager handles its internal knowledge. By integrating smarter tools into their daily operations, you help reduce the structural friction that often slows down critical maintenance and development projects. Your contributions allow the client's leadership to focus on long-term strategy while the day-to-day management of information becomes more predictable and accurate. This position provides a foundation in both organizational consulting and practical AI application within a professional, remote-first setting.
