SUMMARY

Join a well-established engineering consultancy working on a portfolio of high-end private developments, luxury hotels, and high-rise residential projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented MEP Revit Modeller who is passionate about producing accurate BIM models and collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams.

POSITION INFO

Job Description: Develop and maintain MEP Revit models for building services projects Produce coordinated 3D models, drawings, and construction documentation Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural teams to resolve clashes Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and client requirements Assist with project coordination throughout the design and documentation phases Update models based on design revisions and site feedback Skills & Experience: Minimum 3+ years' experience as an MEP Revit Modeller Proven experience on private, hotel, and high-rise residential building projects Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection Sound understanding of MEP building services and construction documentation Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skills Qualification: Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Draughting Autodesk Revit certification will be advantageous Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered Contact MALIEKA DAWOOD on , quoting the Ref: CTE028445.
