R&D Manager

One of the leading fertilizer manufacturing companies in Gauteng is currently looking for a skilled R&D Manager to join their team.

Minimum Requirements

10+ years’ experience in the agricultural industry

5+ years’ experience leading R&D, technical, or scientific teams

Experience in product development, innovation management, and commercialisation

Strong understanding of fertilizer technology, agronomy, and biotechnology applications

Master’s Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Plant Physiology, Chemistry, Agronomy, or related scientific field.
