As the Group Financial & Management Accountant, you will play a key role in group reporting, management accounting, governance, and strategic financial support while working alongside a high-performing finance team in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver accurate group financial and management reports within strict reporting deadlines. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support commercial decision-making. Support BBBEE reporting and ensure compliance with applicable reporting requirements. Assist with tax reporting and ensure adherence to statutory obligations. Contribute to SOX compliance initiatives and strengthen internal financial controls. Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide meaningful business insights. Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial processes and reporting efficiencies. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate financial information effectively. Job Experience and Skills Required: Qualified CA(SA) with a strong academic track record. 3+ years' post-articles experience within a corporate finance environment. Management accounting and group financial reporting experience. Exposure to BBBEE reporting, SOX compliance, and taxation. Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Apply now!
