POSITION INFO

Our client is a market leader in delivering world-class equipment, technology and aftermarket solutions to the mining, construction and heavy industrial sectors. With a strong reputation for innovation, operational excellence and long-term customer partnerships, they are looking for a commercially astute professional to lead contract strategy, tender management and commercial decision-making across complex projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead commercial and financial activities across large-scale project contracts. Drive tender management, pricing strategies and contract negotiations. Assess commercial risk and ensure profitable, compliant contract execution. Partner with operational teams to maximise project performance and financial outcomes. Manage budgets, reporting and strategic commercial initiatives. Job Experience and Skills Required: Minimum BCom degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field. 5-10 years' experience within a commercial role in a project-driven environment such as mining, engineering, construction or manufacturing. Strong financial and commercial background with proven experience in tender management and contract negotiations. Excellent commercial acumen, pricing, budgeting and stakeholder management skills.
