PRODUCT OWNER: FINANCE SYSTEMS - EE - CAPE TOWN

As a Finance Solutions Product Owner, and a member of the agile team, you are responsible for the execution of a finance product vision and delivery aligned with evolving customer and business needs.

• Business degree with Finance and Information Systems/Technology subjects or
• Financial Accounting Degree, Product Owner or Scrum certification (Beneficial)
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role leading a team of Business and Systems Analysts. (Beneficial)
• Business acumen experience in retail finance environments. (Beneficial)
• Project exposure to implement and design solutions aligned to industry practices
• Facilitate training sessions/presentations
• People Management experience including Resource Recruitment and on-boarding
• Hands on experience with software development and documentation

• Scrum and user stories with acceptance criteria for Agile
• Business Requirements Document to Functional Requirements Document for Waterfall projects

• Able to explain technical details
• Solid foundation in finance and business system design

The following will be an advantage

• SAP/Oracle Finance
• Financial Reporting Tools
• Experience using Jira
• Understand and translate business requirements into quality system solutions that ensure optimal system performance and stability and provide support and continuous improvement.
