•Supervise scaffolding operations, ensuring compliance with safety and legal requirements

•Oversee stacking, storage, and safe handling of scaffolding materials

•Conduct inspections and risk assessments to maintain high safety standards

•Manage and guide teams to deliver efficient and compliant scaffolding solutions

•Prepare reports and liaise with management on progress and challenges

•3–5 years’ proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor

•Scaffolding Supervisory Qualification

•Training in stacking and storage

•Legal liability certification (essential)

•Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and compliance regulations

•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
