The candidate will support customers on the platform, resolving operational, customs, and financial queries across modules such as Estimates, Shipments, Customs, Warehousing, Invoicing, and Reporting. Ideal applicants must have freight forwarding or customs clearing experience, can independently investigate issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution - not just escalate. Min. 3 years working within a freight forwarding environment; ShipShape beneficial; own transport.
