• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager
• Ability to support the CFO and senior leadership team with high quality financial insight
• Sound commercial acumen
• Full ownership of accurate financial reporting
• Demonstrable experience of improving financial controls and processes
• Support on fundraising, M&A and business exits
• Track record in scaling, turnaround or VC/PE-backed environments
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• High EQ with strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
• Established record of success
