• Strategic finance partner at Board level with strong execution focus
• Highly developed commercial acumen
• Robust forecasting, scenario planning and cashflow management
• Led on raising finance, M&A and business exits
• ERP / finance systems leadership
• Track record in scaling, turnaround or VC/PE-backed environments
• Excellent leadership skills with high integrity and accountability
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• High EQ with strong stakeholder management skills
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
• Established record of success
