Our client in Woodstock, Cape Town, is looking for a Receptionist and Sales Support Administrator to manage the front desk, assist customers, support the sales team, and handle day-to-day administration.

REQUIREMENTS Matric, or equivalent qualification Experience in sales, business development, client services, operations, or account management Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships Highly organised with excellent administration, time management, and multitasking skills Strong written, verbal, and telephone communication skills Professional presentation and confidence when meeting clients Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive advantageous), Xero, and Google Workspace Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Commercially minded with a passion for sales, business growth, and customer experience Comfortable using technology, AI tools, and learning new systems Creative mindset with an interest in product development and innovation Previous leadership, training, or people management experience advantageous Experience developing SOPs or training materials advantageous Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required DUTIES Sales & Business Development Manage enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed booking Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM system Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners Conduct client meetings, follow up on opportunities, and support new product launches Client Experience Manage client communication throughout the booking process Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth handover to operations Resolve client issues, manage feedback, and ensure timely delivery of event content Operations & Event Management Coordinate bookings, scheduling, staffing, and daily operations Oversee event delivery, quality control, and staff performance Resolve operational, technical, staffing, and client issues Improve operational processes and provide hands-on support when required Administration Manage invoicing, records, reporting, and business administration Support business planning and continuous process improvement Equipment & Marketing Ensure equipment and inventory remain event-ready Capture event content and collect client testimonials for marketing Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
