Wave Marketing is looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to help expand our local business client base in the Table View / Blouberg area. Role Overview

Position: Sales Representative (Service-Based Products)

Location: Must reside in Table View / Blouberg or surrounding areas

Type: Commission-Only (with performance reviews and career progression)

Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling & Field Sales: Directly engage and pitch to local businesses in the Table View/Blouberg area.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate databases, manage leads, and follow up consistently.

Business Growth: Drive new business acquisition and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales.

Tools: Own reliable vehicle, cellphone, and laptop.

Mindset: High energy, goal-driven, and intrinsically motivated to close deals.

Location: Must reside in Table View, Blouberg, or nearby areas.

Bonus Skill: A basic understanding of digital marketing (Meta & Google platforms) is a major plus! (Training on our in-house CRM and Notion will be provided.)

Compensation & Perks

35% upfront commission on all new sign-ups.

7.5% recurring monthly commission for active client accounts.

Negotiable Allowances: Petrol allowance and cellphone allowance are open for negotiation based on performance/discussion.

Growth & Path to Permanent Employment

3-Month Performance Review: Structured check-in to evaluate progress and earnings.

6-Month Progression: High performers will have the option to transition into a permanent team member role.
