• Proven capability as an FP&A expert
• Able to effectively partner with CFOs and senior leaders
• Excellent commercial acumen
• Demonstrated ability to build & maintain robust financial models
• Owned & delivered budgets, forecasts and long-range financial plans
• Supported strategic initiatives across growth, investment & scenario planning
• Track record in scaling, turnaround or VC/PE-backed environments
• Excellent attention to detail & analytical skills
• Highly organised & adaptable
• Comfortable challenging assumptions with strong financial communication capability
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
• Established record of success
